Using Turntables AND CD Decks on 57

So I have my technics plugged into channels 1 and 3, and my cd decks plugged into 2 and 4 on my TTM57. The Turntables work fine, but the cd decks just won't respond at all. I get the "control signal" when I switch over to analog input, but they refuse to work with serato. The TT lines (1+3) are set to PHONO, and the CD Decks are set to line. Any ideas how to get them both working with serato??

Well, you can only use 2 of them at any given time to control SSL. You have to go into the setup menu and select which inputs you want as the control sources.

ok, nevermind about that part. I found it under "control source" in the software. Now the funky thing is.... I'm not getting any circles whatsoever (meaning an input issue if I understand correctly) but the track plays fine. I cannot however "rewind" or anything using my cd decks controls... I'm using a Denon DN-D4000. Seems that only CUE and PLAY respond. <sigh>

once again, I've been outsmarted by my mixer. I was in relative mode. Yes, I'm fully aware that I'm an idiot. I'm sure I'll have another brainfart in about 5 minutes... time to celebrate with a mildly chilled diet coke. wh00t.
