the same thing is happenin to me, im on windows,
my mates mac is having no problems but i cant get past the first page

There was a bug on the Downloads page that only affected Internet Explorer.

This is fixed now.

Refresh the page a couple of times if the bug persists - sometimes browsers cache files a bit too aggressively.

Apologies to everyone affected by this problem.
