Just my 57 and have to say its worth every penny, sold my 56 and sl1,an love this thing
I did the flex efx setup with echo with nik39's tutorial, and like the easy functionity, but when i try to use bpm effect to it triggers both of them
let me explain
i have track bpm eff1 on my toggle for the echo, and the flanger on bpm eff2,when i trigger effects it effects the echo and flanger at the same time,is there way to effect them seperatly, with flex efx without being in the effects group to turn them on and off
hope this makes sense, let me know if i should re-explain
Feedback!

why can't i use effects seperatly using your method?say i use track bpm eff1 by pushing up on j1 and track bpm2 by pushing down on j1,it combines the effects together,so if i have echo on eff 1,and flanger on 2,i get a flangered echo as my effect instead of the desired isolated effect ,try it out

Still not sure what your question is. I assume you are asking why you are pushing the flexfx button and both effects get applied.
That is because you apply *both* of the effects to the *aux/flexfx/mic* insert, and the flexfx button just routes the audio to that chain.

but it works on the echo with track bpm option right, why not the secondary effect for track bpm2 ,what is that for, or is it a flaw?just wondering cause it would be cool to engage multiple effects individually from your custom group if the without having to switch back to the fx group

Sorry dude, I don't understand you.
That makes no sense. Push J1 up and push J2 down? Where? How shall we know what you are trying to do? You know that the menus are configurable. Your J1 could give you a plate of rice when pushing up, my J1 could give me a plate of noodles when pushing up.
?
You are not controlling the effect. You are just deciding whether you want to have the left deck, right deck or both decks sent to the effect.
There is only on FlexFX send for each deck. How the hell should one button work for two effects?

Yes,i don't know why this is so hard to get across
lets refer back to your manual and say for arguments sake our screens look exactly the same,do all the settings and it works flawlessly, now let's say we want to use a second effect (like phaser/flanger etc) for example, set up everything the same as in step 1 for echo but with track bpm eff 2 selected, now we have both track bpm's selected one for echo and one for secondary, but now when using flex efx they are combined, this is my Big question

Exactly
... sorry, there is nothing that could be done about this (not on this mixer with the current layout).
It still SUXXXX that after 2 years it is not possible for us to:
1. layout efx controls to other groups
2. control efx through midi
3. control efx through the footswitch.
