The only thing I can think of is your USB cable must be disconnected. If you are powering your Serato box with your USB I suggest you go to Radio Shack and get a power supply. I am new with version 1.8.0 so maybe it is a 1.8.0 glitch???

Do most people power the box with a power supply rather than usins the usb???

Yeah the power supply is a good investment and is only like $10 bucks or so, and should you ever do a gig with several other dj'z moving their equipment in and out the power supply will make sure your still connected without any gaps in the performance.

how can you search in serato when you are browsing on import I have to use my spaces option on my mac & then goto the desktop & then search the external drive. Would be good if you could search on your imports not just your playlist. Let me know Nice one......

You could search everything on your imports
You can search whats on all your computer and folders also the external hard drives you have hooked
What you can do is make a crate and call it songs from extrenal and drag all your external music from a folder and it on the crate after that your songs will be in serato then all you got to do is organize where you feel they need to go.

i have a little problem when after downloading a track, the track will be locked and will ask for an email and password, my question is...is the password the same as if you were to log on to whitelabel.net or is it a different one? if its the same then i can unlock my track, is there any way i can have whitelabel send me my correct email and or password?...
