ustream desktop presenter will not open!

im having a problem with my ustream desktop presenter it refuses to open...ustream works fine but as u guys know we need the desktop presenter to show mix emergency..everytime i try to open it..it crashes with this message "DESKTOP PRESENTER QUIT UNEXPECTEDLY" is anyone else having a problem?

Yes, I am having the same problem as well. I really love the software and want to upgrade to the pro version, but I am having trouble capturing my PowerPoint using the screen capture. I continue to receive an "exception handling error" when I try to run the local desktop presenter. Is there some patch or something I need to install to resolve this issue? Can anyone help, please, thanks.
