J1 and J2 knob with during efx not working????

J1 and J2 knob with during efx not working????

can somebody tell me why the J1 and J2 knob is not working in Efx mode, it seems like i have locked something but i don't know what and what to do to unlock it??
During the other modes the knobs are working correctly!!!

Help me please!!!!

Make sure you are not in transform mode. Push the joystick into the mixer for half a second so that the light turns on.

that happened to me before as well. I don't remember what I had to do to fix it. I think I upgraded the firmware.
