scroll tracks in prepare (right knob) focus

what is the command in the 57 to jump focus from prepare tracks, to normal track listings???

I think you can't change the focus. You have to hide the prepare panel (group+J1 up or something).

that's one of the most annoying things about the 57. I don't see why you can't just tab through the windows.
