Can you set them with Serato so I can automatically jump to a specific frame? Anyone know if this is possible with other VJ hard/software like the DVJ?

yes you can. cues point are saved on video the same way they are saved on audio tracks.

you can use cue points just like audio, but they are not saved into the video file.
if you send that video file to another pc by itself, your overviews and cue points will not be in it.

But you can transfer them if you transfer the metadata files as well.

ive tried transferring the metadata and the video cues, overviews are not there.

are you using an external drive? as there is a bug that the overviews are not saved unless the video files are on the c: drive.

this will be fixed in 1.8.1
