HANDBREAK

ok guys i am trying to get handbreak to work so far it is not working i wanna practice this before i do video what am i doing wrong when i go to put the dvd in to read it to start the process to convert to mp4 it will not read the dvd it does play in the compurtor with no proublem ive tryed everything it is a promoonly dvd hot video what am i doing wrong can someone help me to do this please

"is not working" is not very helpfull..

no error message at all when the begging of it to read the source it wont read the dvd doe anybody know why is it some setting in my computor i should know

Not sure about Handbreak, but does it directly rip from a DVD? If so... does it also read from commercial protected DVDs?

i dont know if it does handbreak is not even reading the unprotected ones it has to read the source first before it does anything i put promo only hot video in it wont read that im getting really upset at this if there is a setting in my computor to run that i like to know serato reccommends handbreak highly on this handbreak
