Anyone doing video or have any ends with someone doing video in Vegas? I'm heading there next month and I really want to do a few guest spots somewhere. My flights coming in Sunday April 20th. A few guys I'm heading with are playing guest spots and maybe I can get in with them but they don't do video. Anyone that can slide me in or point me in the direction on who to contact is more than welcome to come play with me in Chicago.

Also, I've been doing video for over a year. I'm not new to video, just to V-SL. My library is sick. I'd play mostly exclusives.

Hardy where you from? I grew up in Detroit. I still go back to visit fam and friends all the time. I got alot of DJ friends that live there still. Frankie Banks is one of my best friends.

Yo, what up! I'm originaly from, and live in Ann Arbor. As for videos I usually do a 1-2 hr video mix @ my Saturday residency Necto.com - We just had 2nd Nature about a month ago for Cubicle's birthday out there...had way too much fun!

I need to update my site. I still do Thursdays @ Necto, but my Fridays are at Kaos in Dearborn Heights.

Art and few other here get down with Northern Lights pretty regularly I believe.

Honestly, I like playing at spots in like Charlotte, Dallas, Chicago, San Jose and 1,000,000 other spots more than Vegas. I've played there 30+ times in the last 8 months and played Tao and 54 back to back Wed. night last week. But would have rather been kickin' it with Hardy in MI or in the Bay Areaaa with my boys.

Charile Five and Hardy, I play at Montes Nightclub (6 year Friday night residency) and Moxie Nightclub. Intersection just had Bad Boy Bill Friday, but I was playing at my regular spot. I grew up on the east side of Detroit, went to MSU and moved to GR in 98' for work, after college... my family is still in Detroit.
Charile what formats do you play? Montes is a bit*H cuz management is super picky, its a mix of bar and nightclub feeling, but if you're not too urban in your music selection, we could probably work up a switch. Moxie is a striaght nightclub, so there is a little more flexability. I play videos at both places (Montes has 10 26" LCDs, Moxie has an 8' projector behind the booth). If you guys are interested, PM me and we can discuss stuff further, I'm always looking to change up my scenery from time to time.

I play all genres. My upcoming residency is called Heat Nightclub. Its about 20 minutes from downtown Chicago but its a pretty cool venue and is almost done with renovation. Its a pretty large semi vegas themed (Palm Trees and Tiki Rooms) nightclub. Capacity is prob round 1,200 ish. They claim to be able to fit 1,500. Decent money and good crowds but alot smaller.

As far as my style I play a mixture of Exclusives, Mash Ups, Dance, Hip Hop, and Rock. Whatever needs to be played to keep the party rocking. I have a pretty deep collection. I'd love to start networking more. There are only a few smaller venues here that are capable of doing video. I'm sure now that Video-SL has been released more venues will open up but as far as now pickings are slim. I don't think Grand Rapids is that far and might be a good idea if you want to switch up guest spots or just a night here and there completely. I'll send you a PM with some more info.
