wheres your preview screen (monitor-tv-projector), and note the output window also has its own quality scale under the buffer rate.

i know , i saw it but when my ouput quality is on the maximu my output windows are not good again !!!
i got a laptop Dell with all configuration: 2,4 ghz - 2go ram and 256 mo vidéo ram !!

and i repeat , my vidéo encoding is perfect but after , the output windows are not the same like my video encoding !! it's not normal !!

what are you using to output? VGA/RCA/S-Video?

so ,when i play a vidéo the " output Windows " , when you select Fullscreen in sl-vidéo , after you can see the quality of image is not the same !

it's simple when i play in quicktime ,my video was correct after when i play in video SL , the output windows is not good ! you got a diference wit quiktime !!

ok, but how would you describe the difference? lower resolution... noisy... wrong colors...

ok , i found now , encode in H264 and all is good !
