Did my 1st gig with VIDEO-SL version 1.0.1 last night. About 6 or 7 times the whole thing (audio and video) would freeze up. That never happened with the original release. I know before install it says to:

Make sure you are logged in as an Admin user.
* In Finder, go to '/Library/Application Support/ScratchLIVE/Plugins'
* Rename 'Scratch Video Plugin' to 'Scratch Video Plugin 1.0.0'
- Install VIDEO-SL version 1.0.1.

Could this be my problem? I was logged in as admin. i searched my finder for Plugins & ScratchLIVE/Plugin and never found anything....so basically i was never able to rename to Scratch Video Plugin 1.0.0. I searched for ever, anywho, i just downloaded the new version and saved it to HD. please help

For sure. I'm was scared at first to use 1.0.

yeah new download hurt me. vids were stutter and some went in and out. so I had to take all serato software out then re download original version its fine now

I had the same problem it froze up with VIDEO-SL version 1.0.1. I'm using a Macbook Pro 10.5.2 2.2GHz Duo 2 GB ram. I went back to the 1.0.0 and the problems are almost gone it still will freeze every now and then when I load a certin videos.

and some of the transition effects on 1.0.1 are buggy compared to the first version!!!

check all the info on vids that give u problems dj swift and convert them to the same info of the ones that work for u.

thanks for info I'll try that but I use the video's from smash and my12inch.com I'll check what the settings are. I still have problems with it freezing with 1.0.0 only when I load a video from the ( all ) crate if I go to the crate I have the video in and load it, it works fine so I just load the songs by changing crates
