Itunes store purchase

I just purchased a couple songs from the Itunes store. When I went to import them into Serato, the artist name came up, then the album, but the next box was empty (the song box). This is happening for all of my itunes purchases. Even when I click "read Itunes library " in setup, the "purchased songs" crate shows up, but when i click it it is empty. Any suggestions?

Are they MP4 -- AAC files? Itunes files are protected You need MP3/WAV/AIFF See thread in FAQ about supported file formats

Don't think you can used tunes from itunes anyway....There protected files ACC which you can not convert anyway... MP3/WAV/AIFF u can which has to be converted to MPEG.
