Dry/wet for external effects?

Hello everybody! Hi doctor Riviera!
Can I adjust dry/wet settings if I use the Pioneer EFX-500 externally with the TTM57SL? If so, is it somewhere in the software setup? I just ordered it, so I don't have my hands on it just yet. I want to be able to use the TRANS effect which cuts the sound in pieces, thus I need the signal to take a detour via the effect and come back affected - not just as a layer on the original signal.
Thanks you guys.

No dry/wet setting on the TTM57SL if you hook up an external EFX unit.

Okay, the real question then would be: Does it add the effects onto the original or does it break the signal and send it via the external effect? In the latter case I think that would mean that if you have an external unit hooked up but turned off it would break the signal when you engage the Flex FX-button and as a result you would get silence.
Give me good news.

It breaks the original signal, anything else would mean that the dry setting could never fall below 50%.
Thats correct. Whats wrong with it?

The EFX500 has it's own dry/wet setting, you just use that one.

Yeah! Exactly what I wanted to hear, it's not anything wrong with - on the contrary actually! My Ecler HAK 360 just adds the effects onto the original signal so I can never use TRANS for instance. I'm so happy to hear that it's 100% wet and you adjust dry/wet on the effect instead. Phew.
