Is something wrong with my SSL box?

For some reason my left deck (IN SSL not physically) does not output full sound. The right deck's sound is noticebally FULLER. I dont know what the deal is. When I use regular vinyl records everything works fine and the output is the same on both decks. I've tried switching all the RCAs but the result is the same. The right deck is always noticebally fuller. The gains and everything are set exactly the same. Any ideas?

THE PERSON USING IT!!! Just joking I'm really sorry your having problems. Did you try using a different mixer?

dont have another mixer but Ive tried taking out my ssl and just using my 2 tables, mixer and 2 records. Everything sounds perfect.

Check your mixer connections, ie line phono, see if your mixers settings are wrong. Try reversing the outputs on the box to the inputs on your mixer, see if you still get bad sound ie output 1 to input 2 and output 2 to input 1. Try different cables.

better get your box looked at bruh...
