57 with 1.8 effects

I updated the other night with the sole reason being to get the phaser effect. I tried using it on a practice session and it doesnt sound anything like my phaser effect on my 909, or any other phaser I've heard for that matter.

For those of you who are using it effectively, what settings are you using (wet, dry, etc.)? Any help is appreciated!

I have that same opinion about the 1.8 effects, the phaser and flanger sounds crappy, and I have messed with all of the parameters and wet/dry settings. Doesn't sounds like other mixers with on-board effects.

nik - Yeah, I am talking about the Phaser effect. I think some programs call it "jet effect" or something like that. On my 909, it sounds great but on the 57 it doesnt sound like a traditional phaser effect. It more or less wobbles in and out without any type of "jetting". The coolest sound I can get out of it is to turn the frequency up with almost 100% depth to give me a Beastie Boys Intergalactic type effect. Other than that, I dont feel its proper.

If you turn down the depth you should get a static effect w/o wobbling around.
