How you guys like the layout. I think it was a much needed refresh S/O to whoever did the changes

Yea that would be a great bc I see a lot of typos, bad links, etc that lead to double or triple posts.

Overall, I'm fine with the revised layoout, but I already miss the little window on the right side that allowed you to jump right back into DJ Discussion or whatever subforum without having to scroll back up to the flipping top of the screen to do so...

It's at the top under your user name which is dumb bc now we have go up top instead of it following our scrolls #randomrant

Hi spirez,
We've tested on iPad and it worked well, am typing on one right now. What version of Mobile Safari are you using? Are on the latest iOS?

It does look nice, but it's harder to navigate through the website and I do not like that, Serato.
Easy navigation is one if not the most important thing on a website, beside the content.

Jensen, could you describe specifically what you find hard to navigate to now.

If a thread is more than just a few posts, you have to scroll up to get back (one level above), before there was a box on the right side that made it easier. Then there is always something going on at the top of the page and at the bottom, things are popping up or moving in, I find this confusing. Everything is new in the support area, not just there... (the look and things moved to new locations), it was easier to get an ovierview before. Example, I was looking for an article and it took me a while to find it. The page with the latest stuff, has so many big boxes now, instead of some written lines (headlines and a link). You have to scroll up and down a lot now.

Hi Jensen,
Thanks for the feedback. Here's a few notes.
This has been remedied with a Breadcrumb Navigation and the Mark as Unread / Tracking buttons that sticks to the top of the page when you scroll down a thread. It has the trail you've followed to get to that forum discussion so you can get back to the area you came from. If you not able to see it, let us know what browser you are using and on what operating system and we'll take a look at it but it's been tested across most platforms and seems to be working well.
As for the support area, admittedly this is a lot different to how it used to be, but is much better for the long-term. We had some information architecture done to find the best way to structure this data and it's already been tested and proven more affective. We're still working on a search tool specifically for the support pages to help you better find specific articles that you might be looking for, we hope to roll this out shortly.

I found something I don't like about the new Serato Website.
Whenever I post in a discussion, I'm automatically tracking.

OK I just noticed that under settings I had "Automatically Track Discussions"
I don't remember clicking on it though.

Why would you NOT want to automatically track a thread you posted in?

PS - When I click into a thread which has "new" posts in there, I always have to scroll up a line or 2 to see the first new post....
