Serato Video....Cue points on videos???

Hi ive just upgraded to Serato Video and running SL 2.4.1.

For some reason all my que points on my videos have disappeared and everytime I try to reassign a cue point or even when I try to add or delete text in the Artist/Song field it automatically resets to the original file name?

could someone please shed some light to the situation.

What version did you upgrade from?

i had Video SL and upgraded to the Serato Video with the 2.4.1.

All my files have always been able to be written to but for some reason I notice this has changed since the upgrade.

where are the files from...if they are from certain place I can propably name the editors edits these issues are happening with

i ripped the files from music dvds and just used handbrake for the scaling.

I upgarded from the 2.3.1 version... the one just before the 2.4.1

yeah 2.4.1 seems to be runnin great....It seems to be randomly erasing key info on mp4s after loading the track
