Mornin´ guys,
I´d love to see a "associate audio to video" button that´ll accept multiple audio-files at once.
e.g. you load a video-file in the offline-player and then just drag some audio-files to the associate-button.
Would be super handy i think :)

What you need is a media bank, (Like 'ME' already has) Yep if you do not play 100% video then Serato Video is useless at this state Version 1.0

I see what you are saying LJ_WOOLSEY, but it isn't actually the request he is making here.
I think its a good idea!

it is a good idea for just a selection of audio files to have the same video. But if your just wanting to play any audio file at that moment of time that's where the media bank comes in.
So would be nice to have both. When palying an audio file with no asigned video files auto play files from the media bank.... boom job done.

a while a go i even suggested a better way that already fits the format or state of what serato videos is or has now
Here is a suggestion for some thing similar to media bank!!!
at least for the media bank all they have to do was instead of having us attach clips or image files to mp3s manually. They should at least automated this future either by adding some rules in the smart crate where by you can create a smart crate with videoclips and images and have the rules in the smart crate say that when an mp3 or wave is loaded on a deck a random image or videos clip is automatically chosen from that smart crate and the image is projected to the video display output.....

^^^^ basically after setting those rules for that smart crate.
then you would store all your quarts files, movs, photos, flyers and mp4 clips that you want to be randomly pulled up and associated with the mp3

Personally I wouldnt want random videos associated to the tracks,
select a bunch of tracks with similar vibe and then link them to one video-file.
I just dont like the thought of being not in charge :D

Trouble is that you often don't really want tracks with a similar vibe having the same video, as it means you might end up playing the same video 5 times in a row.
I do agree that this would be a timesaver.

You know what I mean.
Which tracks you associate is personal taste, let´s leave it at that.
