A video capture question

There is this site where they have a video from a certain TV show but the video is protected and I can't download it.
So I thought to get the video with a screen capture. So anyone has an idea how can I screen capture a video with sound on Mac?
I know ScreenFlow and iShowu, but I don't want to pay $100 just for a few seconds of video that I need.

screenflow is what i use. i think it's worth and it has paid for itself in my case.

you could also try camtasia studio. there is a trial but i'm not sure about the limitations. i have used it on the pc and it's dope.
