Best WebCams - Which should I buy?

I need some suggestions on which webcam to buy. I want to hook it up to my set when I'm gigging. I want to learn everything about using them so the best one out is the one I want.

I use Mini CCTV cameras and Sony handycam with a USB Capture card ( Vestax PBS 4 )and iPhono and iWatch over wifi...
But using cameras in your video mix has more to do with what software you are using and what you what do do with it....
