can I play these tunes when I DJ?

Nietko 7:07 PM - 26 March, 2012
Greetings. I just would like to clarify if I can use these tunes when I DJ. If yes Can I also record the set and post it to social media (e.g. facebook)?

any help appreciated

Yes.

That's quite a gray area and hard to answer definitively. For that reason I would suggest a cautious approach and not use Whitelabel.net files for this purpose.

My question is similar to Nietko, can I record a set posted on sound cloud just for people to hear. (not to download)???

i ment record a set, and then post it on sound cloud. just for people to listen to it. and omit the download option.

Hi Dj ecka.

I suspect that that would be OK. But it's hard to get definitive answers to these sorts of questions and there are regional variations in laws which can have an influence too.

So as I suggested to Nietko I would take a cautious approach and use Whitelabel.net tracks for live performance only.
