Serato gives me a meesage "3 tracks locked

I keep getting a message in Serato Scratch that I have 3 locked whitelabel tracks. Serato then asks me to input my email address and password. I do as asked but I am then told my email address is incorrect. It is the same address I log into this site. I have retyped it many times with and without cap lock. Any suggestions?

What are the locked tracks?

It's almost certain that they were locked by mistake.

Do the following:

- Remove the current tracks for your ITCH and/or Scratch Live library
- Delete the files off your hard disk
- Download the tracks again
- Add them back in to your library

OK, I found the three and deleted them, re-downloading them from whitelabel and replaced them into my library. All three now work. However, I still have the message saying I have one locked track. I cannot find the track! I search for .wl files and the locked file does not show. Any ideas?

You can order your tracks by clicking the left-most 'icon' column. This should order all your Whitelabel.net tracks into one section in the library view.

From there you should see the locked track.

Yes, I did that before but it does not show up. Even after adding my external drive too...

Hmm, ok.

Not sure why that doesn't work. I suggest you create a Help Request and have the Support guys help you out.
