if midi is setup and assignable than i would say yes.

You going to get that, but honestly you might have trouble with this because most the the people who considers themselves Vj's or DjVJ's oh here might not use a controller.

on the ns6 you can remap the controls.
don't know the if video fx on/off button in sv is mappable or not.

try it and see. let us know.

Thanks guys - @tomatoslice - how can i remap the midi control ? I thought that what you have is what you get (good old video sl was different - I was using mpd 32 for video control while mixing on my ttm 56) - line / channel faders work fine, but the NS 6 fx controls work just for audio - tried to use them with shift to see if that would activate the video fx panel, but no luck - the only way I can activate the video fx now is with mouse... - fair enough - serato video is still beta, but I think it should be implemented... :)

Nothing is remappable with any Itch controller when using Itch.

Doing video without external controls is a bitch. I'm sure they'll implement external midi control in a future version.

what i meant by remapped is; the ns6 midi can be mapped to use other programs.
BUT if the itch software has no "midi" button to allow remapping than i guess it can not be done (with itch). remapping "should" be possible but it would be no surprise that serato left it out.

from everything i have read the video fx, at this time can only be done with the mouse. there is no way that won't change in the future. if serato had that off their list of fixes...it would make a lot of people upset. so expect it to be added eventually.

I hope there will be some official Serato info about this - I never had a chance to use Video SL with ttm 57, and for now - even having the faders mapped is amazing :) But if they added SP-6 Sample Player to the hardware, I bet in the final version of Video they will add the FX as well.

and let me just say that is fking bullshit. even traktor can be mapped on an ns6.
if you can not map it then you will have to have another controller to deeply work sv.
so what now we have to wait for itch controllers to add SV work flows?!?
you just 100% pushed me to NOT EVER use itch with video.

No mapping is possible. You need to use the trackpad.

MIDI functionality does not currently exist in ITCH - in order to use the Video FX with say...the NS6, you would need to use your mouse. MIDI for ITCH is something we would very much like to do :)
