so ive been playing with my new 62 for a couple hours now and i love it....

it has a somewhat of a learning curve..comming from a 57 even.. but that was expected.....as with any new hardware you get..


but overall the feel and the sound of the mixer is amazing...rane did a bang up job with this one......

i have mackie mr8s i cant believe how much better the sound is on this mixer...its amazing

i feel you man, i've had mine since tuesday and i'm not used to having the scroll buttons at the top of the mixer. it'll definetly take some getting used to. its a friggin amazing mixer. and as soon as they implement the "groups" on the cue/sampler section it'll be perfect.

yah that will be nice as i dont even use sampler very much at all or even the cues....id like to maybe set that section up for the djfx inside serato.

exactly!! unfortunately there is only 2 usb ports in a macbook pro (unless you got the 17'') which gives me the option of more songs on my external harddrive or more effects via dj fx controlled by the kontrol x1. i'd rather have it so i can control dj fx with the mixer itself.

Or use FireWire for your external drive.
