I am planning to buy a used or new one... around 600 dollars range??

to each his own but if your gonna drop that much i suggest you try several before purchasing. rane 56s would be my suggestion. pioneers are ok to mix on but the faders are booty. drop in an innofader and your good.

yeah im thinking of getting a pioneer djm 400 with an innofader what u think? i would like to buy a mixer with good effects and add innofader

Get a 57. There are a ton of them on craigslist. The mixer will last forever.

This! I was just about to post the same thing. You can get a used one from $700-$900 on CL.

I agree with getting 56/57 if your coming from using a different brand the fader caps might feel a bit weird at first because they're fat but rane makes a great mixer
