Hi

I want to add more to my library(other than pool music) and was thinking if the quality of itunes is ok to DJ at weddings and parties or should I buy used CDs? becasue I just finished ripping part of my collection (110cds) are done so far

Set iTunes to rip your CDs to MP3's at 320 kbps and you'll be fine.

i mean, did u listen to any of the itunes songs? can you compare the quality of itunes music to your ripped music?

do u think i tunes sells music that is not acceptable to play on loud sound systems?

itunes music should be fine.

itunes store-bought files are fine for DJing unless you're one of those lossless-only people that need to play all wavs or aiffs.

If you don't have a problem playing with mp3s then 256 AAC is just as good if not better than 320 mp3. Don't let anyone tell you differently.
