Twitch crossfade doesn't work: only one deck plays when its in the middle

after upgrading I lost the ability to play both songs when the crossfader is in the center. It only plays from deck A when its in the center and on the left. And only plays deck B when on the farthest right. I still get sound from both sides so its just a crossfader issue. I also have the problem when using Itch 1.8 or 2.1 now

have you tryed disabeling an re-enabeling the Crossfader? Maybe this helps

Tried it. When I press "reverse" it plays only Deck B when placed in the middle, no Deck A now. And if I hit disable they both play but I lose control of the fader. When I swtich back to normal the same thing happens, no sound from Deck B when placed in the middle. This goes for itch 1.8 and 2.1

Sounds like the software is doing what it's supposed to, so I reckon it's hardware.

You should get onto Novation.

I just did. They just told me to replace the crossfader......

What crossfader are you going to replace it with? i dont want to buy one that doesnt work so which one are you going to replace it with?

Im having literally the exact same problem with my Twitch crossfader. I have found no soultion short of replacing the crossfader....
