Ok, this is not going to be another Scratch Live vs. Traktor debate. That subject has been debated and discussed thoroughly in other threads.
My question is if the Sixty-Two has a built in soundcard, and if all controls are MIDI-mappable, is it possible that this mixer can unofficially "support" Traktor? Now, I do not own Traktor, so I really don't know if a sound card has to be Traktor-certified. Nor do I know anything about the inner workings of Traktor.
I have used Scratch Live for years, but I wouldn't mind the possibility of using Traktor also. To have a mixer that would run both programs would be pretty damn cool.
Another reason I am asking? My homie has a Pioneer DJM-T1 and he won't shut up about it...if the Sixty-Two can run both, that should shut him up for little while...

yes....but no timecode control. You'd need an NI soundcard 4/6/8/or 10.

I guess you could map the midi buttons to SSL, but that would make the DJ disconnect his the usb. The 62 is A LOT more versatile.

in so much as any midi mixer works with serato. meaning you still need the box and you need to assign the functions from the mixer one by one yourself...
