Serato Video with Itch using a Numark V7 and external mixer?

Will it be possible to use Serato Video with Itch if I'm using a Numark V7 with an external mixer? If so, what if the external mixer was non-MIDI? Would I be able to introduce a Korg Nanokontrol for the video mixing? Or is ITCH only capable of being paired with the Numark NSFX? And if so could the NSFX be used for the video mixing?

Worst case scenario, you will be able to crossfade with the arrow keys on your laptop. You can set the fade duration too. Sometimes this actually produces cleaner transitions than having them linked to the faders - unless you are doing video scratching, of course.

This is the question of the day. I have the DDM 4000 with the V7. I was going to do the faded mod on my mixer. I don't want to open my mixer and do the mod if its not gonna be compatible with Serato Video. If anyone from Serato could chime in here that would be great.

Midi would be awesome twitch would be a good setup but that set up is not supported by serato or novation bummer
