i have an NS7FX, and i do not have that issue Big Pops. I'm not going to sound like some 20 year dj or "technical know it all". But is it possible there is an issue with your left platter? maybe your left platter's motor has an issue?
Not to discourage you or anything, but about 3 months after buying my ns7fx, i had an issue with the USB port, where the port WOULD/WOULDN'T work. I'd plug in the usb and sometimes the ns7 would be seen, sometimes it wouldn't.....you could wiggle the the cable and it was still hit or miss. I had to ship my ns7 to reno nv to have the mainboard replaced.
Try your ns7fx on another pc/laptop with itch on it and see if you have the same issue....if you do, then it might be the motor on the left platter and you may have to send it in for repairs...it sucks i know....but its better then spending the money for a new one lol
