+1 i would even buy a sl4 if they release vertical 4 decks support. 2 left 2 right but vertical 4 decs in the middle.

+1 I would totally dig a view like that... as well a mini compact version to view (The Bridge) better.

Just so you guys know there is a way with SL4 to show only 3 decks stacked or actually any view that is supported by any SL box. Its kinda of a MIDI hack, that allows you so set a midi controller to show you views that serato didnt want to see. I use the 3 decks stacked with SL4, 2 decks for tracks 1 deck for ableton.
I have been asking for more skins to choose from for a while. But your version is the one i like the most so far. :)

You should try and spend some more time using stacked view. I hated it at first but now I wouldn't use any other view.

Stacked view isnt as bad as i though it was at 2st either. but i would still prefer a deck layout that matches the order of the decks im DJing with.

Any UPDATES on 3 deck version on the SL4?? or should I create a new discussion/topic really wish I can do this since now I have 2 CDJ's & 1 TT and really would like to have just 3 decks while still able too have more space on my screen. This would allow me to switch anytime when I use Ableton(The Bridge) and Recording.

Well you can get the stacked 3 deck view if you want. Serato dosen't officially support it, but it can be done.
Steps:
1. You need a midi controller, anything with buttons.
2. Map 2 buttons to deck 2 different deck view. 1 button to the (or your) "regular view" and the 2nd one to the stacked 4 deck view. (make note of what CC button is being mapped)
3. Save your midi file
4.find you midi .XML file
5. Open it with a text editor
6. find the line of code that has the midi triggers for the view change, Find the line that has the 4 deck view
7. replace it with the lin of code I'm about to give you, then change the control="##" to the number that the 4 deck view used and make sure the channel="#" is correct for what channel you are sending MIDI data out.
<Control name="Three Deck DAW Mode Button" channel="1" event_type="Note On" control="88" />
Make sure that this line of code is in between the

I will try this on my day off next week. (Mon or Tues) I will check my APC40 and give this a try. Thanks Konix & Code-E for the follow-up. Muchas Gracias/Thank you.
