big problem after updated firmware

after i've updated a firmware to up to date
this is what happened with my NS6 and ITCH(2.1)

all buttons in upper grey section won't work at all
can not change to layer 3

and a display on the screen :(


please help!, thank you very much

Post in the NS6 help area. Support staff check there more often than they read this area.

First thing first, have you tried to reinstall whole IItch?

i've done reinstall whole ITCH twice

i've tried to plug my NS6 with my laptop too
but same thing happened : (
