Yes you can sync audio to video, but the edits are not that great.

Duplicate frames, wrong dimensions on montell jordan and diddy. Extra black bars around videos.
Good for you, but you'll need to tweak them some more and can you IVTC?

IVTC = inverse telecine.

I wasn't trying to come off as an asshole. just that some people on this forum might bitch about bad work and not tell the people what's actually wrong.

What do you use to edit videos.

I use Final Cut Pro X for all my editing

Yeah FCP is good, but you'll want to make sure any black is missing from the videos. They may say 720x480 or 640x480 but the video inside is a little less and you'll have to remove that black and keep the A/R the same.
Not sure of ways to do it on a mac, but that tutorial works for PC's
