Where to get the best video remixes

I am a devoted member of xtendamix, Crooklyn, and Mixhsowtools, but I am looking for a video pool that has a subscription fee and offers more video remixes. Xtendamix rarely has remixes and i've never seen trans on there, so if someone could send me some ideas for a video pool that features remixes and transitions, let me know!!

dtvideos has a lot of electronic music, but their mashup and transition section is very small. I'm now questioning why I signed up for this pool and why it was recommended to me

There really isn't a pool type service that has remixes. The best out right now is DTV.
There might be more sooner or later, but I do know exactly what you want.
The thing is, it's hell of a lot easier to bust out 10 intro edits vs 5 good remixes, hell even 3 or 4.
Anyone can just lay the audio underneath and sync the video to a remix, but remixes need some flair to go with the audio.
I personally am a better editor than a remixer, which is why I don't do many crooklyn type remixes. I can, but it takes too long IMHO.
So with that being said, it would cost a hell of a lot of money to join a pool with all the hottest remixes out.
Now if there was a pool that had some nice remixes sprinkled in with intro stuff that would be nice too.
Smash does that with the crooklyn stuff, but their main focus isn't remixes.
I'm waiting to see what directvideoservice has to offer since screenwerks is heading it up.

This is not a negative response but I would say from yourself. Take some time to learn an editing program and make your own content. Incorporate other peoples stuff but have a few of your own personal works and make your show really stand out.

Depends on what you use for your main source for vids. Since you have xtendamix, I'd say you might want smash, but there are similar with regards to new top 40 stuff. They also differ, but you will get a lot of dupes if you have both. Xtendamix has more of a wide range with catering to mobile dj's. You'll get rock, country, reggae and older stuff.
Smash will get you new top 40, dance, hip hop and some latin with some crooklyn remixes sprinkled in.
With that being said, Rebel is right about making your own.
I've come to the point where I just won't buy a remix unless it's $1, not cause I don't think they're worth it, but because I'd rather do it myself and save the few bucks (it does take time though)

I primarily do edits as well.. long ago I realized that the remix videos that Promo Only does and all the extra work they do in After Effects for them was damn time consuming.

Puma thanks for the props on Smash but there are 0 Crooklyn Remixes on smashvidz now. Smashvidz Remixes are Video Versions of Licensed Audio Remixes that are sanctioned by the record labels.
We define our remix selection as radio & club remixes that are promoted by the artists and record labels.
