Pioneer DJM 700 fader?

Hey guys, just got a DJM 700 cuz the spots I do have that mixer, My ? is, Is there a fader that I can replace original with cuz original has a delay when trying to scratch?

the innofader doesn't fit in a djm 700 but i heard there bringing out a mini version that should fit,

regarding the lag, you can use various diy methods to make the cut in shorter, on my old djm 600 i cut a tiny bit of a plastic card like a credit card and used sellotape to hold it there giving me a instant cut in, other things you could use are a tiny screw you just need something to fill about 1-2mm's either side in the crossfader, see the pic below,

I emailed the guys earlier today to see if they will be bringing out a model for 2012 otherwise its bye bye with my 700 and in with the 800. I'll keep you posted on their response.

Nope, I would just never pay £1,600 for a mixer. I'd rather spend it on a good holiday with my mates.

Anyway, I've had a response which is pretty much what DJ Sparky has said already but here it is from the horses mouth:

Just a quick update for you guys. I received another email from Elliot this morning.

"We're still pushing on getting out the OEM version for this. Too difficult to pinpoint an exact date at this point, but most likely this is in the cards for end of 2012."


I'd really like to see this sooner but obviously I'd rather them take the time to make it perfect.
