Only one channel playing

I recently purchased the TTM57SL and have it all hooked up with a technic on pgm 2 and a cdj-800 on pgm 1. I have the control vinyl and CD in and everything. I can't get anything to come out of the left channel unless its on the right side and select the 'channel swap' button. Does anyone have any idea why this is or what to do? I've spent quite a bit of time doing basic troubleshoots switching inputs and can't figure it out.

This happened to me a couple times, I can't remember what i did to cause it, but it involved one of the channel swap buttons I think...
