Serato Pitch 'n Time LE is recognized by Logic Pro 8.
The interface to Pitch 'n Time LE in the arrange window is much improved in Logic Pro 8 with "graphical time stretching" (its the same as the Pro Tools TC/E Tool if you are familiar with that):
