I have har time to add my TouchOSC on IPAD as a midi controller on SL. I have TTM57SL and nearly tryint to see OSC as a midi controller on MIDI SETUP list for 2 days :)) but i cant...

Anyone have any ideas or info about usin TouchOSC on IPAD2 with SL Please help

Hi DJ XXXL,

I'm using the Touch OSC as well along with serato too. But without the TTM57SL. I use the SL3. Since the iPAd and Touch OSC connect thru to your PC you need an additional software which is called Osculator, as this software is key in translating the midi signals sent thru to serato. you need to map every button and icon to osculator and have it running behind for your controls to work on serato.

(if you don't want to go thru all the MIDI mapping stuff in OSC) Try Using MIdi-Deck or Midi-To I use them on the regular and they work pretty darn well for the price.

Hey,

Thanks for letting me know. But how does Midi Deck or Midi to I know what to do when pressing a button? You would still need to map the buttons. Either way i have it configured on osculator so right now not so tensed about anything.
Secondly in serato you need to add your iPad to the midi device.
