[Sixty-Eight] sound completely stops when FX button is pushed

This just started happening out of nowhere last week and I'm wondering if I can get some insight on how to fix it. Right now I can't use the on board FX because when I press the on/off FX button (the green one) all the sound cuts completely out.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this, or is it just a defect?

You sure you have the FlexFX level knob on the front of the mixer turned up all the way?

+1 Make sure the FLexFX level knob is all the way up :)

Also make sure the "USB Insert" button isnt engaged if you are using the built in Hardware FX...
