What effects do you use?

I'm interested in hearing what you guys use on your 57.

I have the echo programmed into the first slot and a LP filter into the second slot

Echo is triggered via flexfx, and I simply plug into bank 6, select effect 2, select the channel and press b6 when I want to trigger the effect

I don't really f around with any of the other effects and rarely use the filter because it takes so damn long to get to (and is a pain in the ass in the dark, unfortunately).

What do you use? I think most of us use the flexfx echo...

I use the video plugin a lot so I tend to use the audio effects with the best corresponding video effect... delay is great.... like using the beat crusher on occasion but the video effect for it is corny garbage.

I use the HP echo sent threw my Aux channel so i can trigger it with the Flex button on each channel. In group 4 I mapped the press of P1 and P2 it selects the channel for the tempo for the Echo to lock to. I have the LP Filter mapped to the turn of the P knobs on each channel so I never need to switch back and forth between groups. I only jump to group 6 when I have a mic hooked to my 57 as the Echo effects the mic channel when Aux is selected

Can you explain to me how you can have both effects running at the same time? (echo + filter). Because I can only run one at a time and have to change it every time in group 6.

Hi all, happy new year! I just got my 57 two days back and I'm having a really hard time wrapping my head around how to use the effects on it, please help me figure it out, especially how to use the flexfx to trigger them..

That sounds so cool, any chance of a step by step?

Try YouTube, they have LOTS of tutorials on how to set-up, use, manage, etc.....the TTM 57SL. You should especially look for video tutorials from our very own Konix, this man is the Wizzard of Oz when it comes to Serato. This should help you out immensely and if you have time try and go through all of his stuff: www.youtube.com
