The deal for 50% off until January sure is enticing. I don't have a computer that can maximize its capabilities yet, but I will soon, I can put it onto more than one computer correct?

Also I buy a lot of gear through Guitar Center, and they usually price match, does anyone know if they will match this deal?

I doubt Guitar Center will not price match since this is an online only deal. But you ar allowed to install on 2 machines. You just can't run both at the same time.

What if I currently have 2 machines to install it on, 1 being a back-up, the other being my gig machine. Say I install it on both machines but I plan on upgrading one of the machines at the next macbook pro refresh. Is it possible to remove VSL from one of the machines & install it on the newer one?

Yes you can always deactivate the license on one..

so to answer your question i called my guy at Guitar Center.
Guitar Center corporate has not changed the price of VSL. it costs them $160ish and they resell it for 199$.
No, Guitar Center at this time is not matching the serato sale price.
that was expected.

why do people want the box anyway? a piece of paper with your code?
a disc? stickers? what's so special?

damn, i just saw one of mine when i was packing to move. i think it came with 2.
when i unpack if i remember this thread or you pm me you can have mine.
i don't use them.

yup came with 2...you can have mine also if I can find them lol
