Rane TTM57 SL Cue Fader Repair

Just bought a 57 with a broken headphone fader and was wondering if anyone knew where I could get it repaired in London. It looks like the fader has completely come off the board.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can try reaching out to our UK distributor, Sennheiser.
As long as the unit was bought in the UK they should be able to fix it for you.

If they can't/won't fix it you will need to send it directly to our factory here in Washington.

The P1 button on my ttm57sl doesn't stay illuminated when pressed. Any ideas what causes this. It does lights up when pressed but doesn't stay lit
