If i put these files in ITunes and play them in scratch live on the itunes tab will the still play at 320? or do i have to crate them in scratch live? Thanks!!!

So long as you have Rane hardware connected the Whitelabel tracks will play at 320kbs in Scratch Live regardless of whether you use iTunes integration or not.
