What web browser and OS are you using?

internet explorer 9 and 64 bit operating system

It seems odd that you could download 3 tracks and then things stop working.

I've tested Whitelabel.net using various versions of 64-bit Windows and IE 9. Everything works OK for me.

I'm not sure what you mean by using the CTRL key to "assure the download". Could you explain that some more.

Also, if possible could you take a screenshot of the point in the process where things don't work as expected. You can upload the screenshot using the "Attach A File" button above the post box.

Hi , I meant allowing the song to play when I bring up the preview track playlist . I have to hold down ctrl key but that's the pop up blocker .But I dont think its that . I did something different when I logged in again .The yellow bar at the top showed up when I logged in after awhile and since then ,when preview player comes the song should start playing and the timer is all at 0's don't know how else to explain it ....

OK, so just to be clear - downloading is OK but previewing tracks is not working. Correct?

Is there any chance that you can install a different web browser (Firefox or Chrome would be my suggestions) just so that we can see if there's an issue with your computer or whether the issue is something to do with Internet Explorer.

First of all what web browser and OS are you using?

Secondly, please describe EXACTLY what steps you are going through and the point at which things don't work as expected.

Please include the specific tracks you are trying to preview and download and the webpage that you are trying to preview or download them from.

Even better would be to upload a screenshot to this thread using the Attach A File button above the post box on the left.

Boom ! I downloaded google chrome and its working again .Thank's for the advice masked man ...
