Keeps saying the rane hardware is disconnected

I updated the drivers but its still not working right. I have to shut down the program and reboot it and sometimes it will still say it is disconnect. I don't know where to begin to get it working right

Hey Roman,

Drivers not being detected all the time on the Windows OS is quite common.
Having other usb devices plugged in can play a major role in this.
I would suggest going to the manufacturer of your computer's website and see if there are any needed BIOS/chipset updates and download/install them if there are.
If your still having issues I would try to find a combination of plugging your various usb devices into the various usb ports on your computer.
You may find a combination that sticks.

Does it matter that I am running in 64 bit?

No. We've been 64bit compatible for some time now.
Just make sure your installing the latest version of the software.
