Pitch resets to 0.00 from Relative to Internal mode

I read the manual and I know that the pitch is supposed to stay the same when switching from Rel to Int.
Did I miss a setting in Set-up?
I can't seem to find out how I can change this nor did I find any information on Google or these Serato forums

Hey evensteven,

The pitch shouldn't be changing.
Are you using cd players or turntables?
Make sure the dipswitches on the back of the 57 are set to phono if your using turntables or line if your using cd players.

Let me know if your still having issues:)

Did you set-up a button in the custom map to "Panic Mode"? Because if you set-up a panic button it flips to internal and sets the pitch to 0

I don't even know how to do that. Is that something I can do on accident? The only programming I did on my TTM57 was FX and SP-6 controls

What type of turntables are you using?

Do they have a phono/line switch on them?

Technics 1200 M3D. I don't believe they do

Well in the controls for DJ-FX there is a option you can select to turn a button into a panic button where pressing that button will flip serato into internal mode and the pitch to 0 (useful when you get dirty needles and start lossing sync)
