Where is Fader Start?

Where is Fader Start for the Rane Sixty-Eight mixer? The Rane MP 4 has it and it's wonderful. However, you cannot control the crossfader curve on the MP 4. I've tried to MIDI Map the 68 to Fader Start with no success. Can you please add it.
