files will not allow me to unlock

Whenever I log on to my serato itch it states that I have two whitelabels files that are locked everytime I enter my email and password its telling me that my email address is incorect but its the same email I use to log onto the whitelabel site.

Hey, by chance were the songs Beautiful Liar, Dead World and Eraser by The Knux. Those three files are telling me that they are locked and putting in my e-mail and password doesn't help either. I tried downloading them again and still no luck.

Hi DJ-Majette.

Sorry, those tracks were locked by mistake. I've re-encoded the tracks so that they're no longer locked.

Download them again and you should be good to go: whitelabel.net

@ Dj Majette no those werent any of the tracks it was Im In Miami Trick, I found the tracks with the locks next to them and I deleted them but the same message is still coming up...
