I head there was a download for ttm57 only that gives your new or updated effects??? is that true??

how do i activate the djfx on scratch live with rane ttm57

There have been no updated effects added to the internal effects on the 57.
However, you can now control the internal DJ FX with the controls on the 57.
Enable the DJ FX in the Plugins tab of Setup.
From there, go into Group 5 on the mixer and you can control the FX from that group.

If you use VSL you will need to disable it in order to control the internal FX in Group 5.
